First Ever Trio Adventure!
The Terrific Trio: Pickles, Mindy and Jackson, met up in Roanoke, Va for some Roanoke fun! Pickles and Mindy drove 4 hours to Roanoke and spent 2 days with their native Roanoke amigo Jackson. They went to the world's largest freestanding illuminated man-made star which was built in 1949 as a symbol to Roanoke's prosperity and thus gave Roanoke the nick name "The star city of the South". The Mill Mountain Star is 88.5 feet tall with 2,000 feet of neon tubing. It requires 17,500 watts of power to illuminate. There is also a great overlook which you can see on the (Starcam) if you go to ( www.roanokeva.gov/starcam).
They then took a short tour of the fancy shmancy historic Hotel Roanoke which was built in 1882 by the Norfolk and Western Railway . It has awesome murals, floors, mirrors and they even had an old phone which Pickles used to phone home. :0)
The three had some fun touring the shops in downtown and even went on a bikeride.

Off to Baltimore
So this past Saturday Pickles got to go on an adventure to the Baltimore Aquarium in the Inner Harbor of Baltimore. He had a blast with his friends and met some fishy friends along the way. Check out the pictures of Pickles at the aquarium!
Pickles got to hang out with the jellyfish at the new "Jelly Invasion" exhibit.
Chilling in a whale bone. There were no whales at this aquarium, but there was an amazing dolphin show!
Oh no a shark! Just playing, its a shark mask. Pickles got to see a bunch of different living sharks in a pretty nifty exhibit as well!
Fishy kiss! Pickles loved the fish at the aquarium and they seemed to loved him! He had so much fun and if you want to plan a visit or just check out the aquarium you should visit their site at: http://www.aqua.org/
Mindy Takes Manhattan
Well Mindy didn't actually go to Manhattan, but she did get to go to Long Island New York for Christmas. Mindy and me got to go bowling with my niece.
And no trip to the Big Apple is complete without getting some real New York bagels!

Pickles Truck in Indiana
Hello and welcome to our blog! If this is your first visit you might want to check out the who and what pages first to get the behind the scenes scoop. :0)
Here are Pickle's Thanksgiving adventure pictures! On his travels to Chicago from Virginia which is about 12 hours, we saw a huge red Bell-view Pickles truck with a giant happy pickle painted on the side. It had parked right next to us so we had to take some pictures. It was meant to be. I did a quick google search on the company and found out that Bell-view pickles is an old food packaging company that started in 1930. They also have an unusually devoted employees, one of the truck drivers loved the company so much he asked to have a jar of pickles put in his coffin with him! don't believe me just check the web site!
